What time can I access my room? Should I let the hotel know if I will arrive late?
Your room will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, we recommend letting the hotel know in advance so reception can prepare for your arrival.

What are the restaurant opening hours?
From the hotel opening on 5 June 2026 until 19 June 2026, the usual restaurant opening hours will be: breakfast from 7:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., lunch from 1:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. and dinner from 8:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.
From 20 June 2026, the timetable will be: breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch from 1:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and dinner from 8:15 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. These times may vary depending on the season or the hotel’s daily organisation, so we recommend confirming them at reception during your stay.

Are drinks included in my booking?
As a general rule, drinks are not included in Half Board and Full Board stays. In some cases, house wine and water for guests over 60 may be included. If drinks are included in your booking, this will be clearly stated in your board basis conditions.

How can I book a parking space?
Parking can be added during the booking process on hotelesrh.com by entering your vehicle registration number. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival. After that point, a €20 cancellation fee will apply. Vehicles must be removed before 12:00 noon on the departure day.

Can electric scooters be brought into or charged at the hotel?
No. Electric scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, and they may not be stored or charged within the facilities. Parking or charging them in the outdoor areas is also not permitted.

How does the birthday promotional code work?
Registered customers who have enabled promotional emails will receive their birthday code by newsletter on the day of their birthday. The code can be used for 7 days from the issue date and only for new bookings with stays scheduled within the following 12 months. It applies to one room only, does not cover additional services, and cannot be combined with other promotions or RH customer benefits.

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
Yes. Bookings made through the official Hoteles RH website include free cancellation up to 72 hours before 12:00 noon on the arrival day.

Can I complete online check-in? Are group bookings accepted?
Yes. You can complete online check-in through your personal area on the Hoteles RH website before arriving at the hotel, which makes the arrival process faster. As for bookings, groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted, nor are stays linked to hen or stag parties, celebrations, or similar events. Separate bookings that actually belong to the same group will also not be accepted.

Do babies and children need to be included in the booking?
Yes. The booking must include all guests, including babies and children. The hotel needs to know in advance how many people are staying and their ages, as some room types do not allow an extra bed or cot. For booking purposes, a child is considered up to and including 12 years old; from that age onwards, they are considered an adult.

No. RH hotels do not accept pets, except at Estudios Vinaròs Playa, where a specific pet policy applies.

What is the maximum number of rooms I can book?
The online booking engine allows a maximum of 4 rooms per booking. If you need more, you will need to contact Hoteles RH directly. Bookings linked to large celebrations or stag and hen parties are not allowed either.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is not permitted on terraces, in outdoor food and drink areas, or in children’s spaces. This measure is intended to protect guests’ health, especially that of children and more vulnerable people. If the hotel provides one, there may be a designated smoking area.
